Although it's the best cellphone in this review, it must be told that it's also noticeably older, just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker. Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a much powerful CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. Both have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels. Huawei Mate 20 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro count with extremely similar storage to store more apps and games, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has improved battery duration than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has a 19 percent bigger battery size. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for shooting photographs in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a better resolution back camera and a bigger camera sensor capturing better quality videos and photos.
