Comparison review
Galaxy Note 5 has a score of 79.3, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro's score of 75.7. Galaxy Note 5's design is just a little bit lighter and just a little thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, even though it was released many years before. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 5 has older 5.1 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a slightly better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher pixel count per inch of display. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a much better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note 5, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a way better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has less CPU cores (although faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro counts with a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features a better camera than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a F1.9 camera aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also has a back facing camera with lot more MP and a much larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
