Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 has a score of 80.8, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X's general score of 71.8. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S5 has older 4.4.2 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S5 is way older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, it's construction is a little bit thinner and lighter.
Galaxy S5 has a much sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Galaxy S5 also counts with more pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy S5 counts with a bit better processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has 4 lesser cores , and they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy S5 also counts with an additional graphics processor.
Galaxy S5 has a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing images or videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot higher video quality and a camera with more megapixels. The Galaxy S5's memory capacity to install games and applications is just as good as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X one, they have an external SD slot that admits up to 128 GB and exactly the same internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X features a very superior battery life than Galaxy S5, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
