Comparison review
Galaxy C7 Pro has an overall score of 78.4, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro's 75.8 global score. Both of these phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy C7 Pro has older 6.0 Marshmallow version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo. Although the Galaxy C7 Pro is older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, it's construction is somewhat thinner and a little lighter.
The Galaxy C7 Pro counts with a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy C7 Pro counts with a screen that is just as good as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro one, although the Galaxy C7 Pro has a bit smaller screen, a just a bit lower pixels density and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro features a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro also has a bigger camera aperture to take better photography and videos in low-light environments and a back camera with a much better 16 megapixels resolution.
The Galaxy C7 Pro has just a bit bigger memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy C7 Pro also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro features longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro, because it has a 21% more battery capacity.
