Galaxy M53 5G is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, with a global score of 76.7 against 74.4. Both phones in this review use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M53 5G has an older 12 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
