Comparison review
Galaxy S5 Plus is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, having a 78.1 score against 74.4. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S5 Plus has the older 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Galaxy S5 Plus's body has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, but it's lighter.
Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has less cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics co-processor. Galaxy S5 Plus has a brighter screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because although it has a bit smaller display and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater display pixel density.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also has a way higher video quality and a much higher 16 MP resolution back facing camera. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 2800mAh.
