Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi A3 has a score of 79.2, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's overall score of 74.4. Xiaomi Mi A3 is a newer and just a bit lighter device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, but it's also a bit thicker. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi A3 has the older 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has Android 7.1 Nougat.
Xiaomi Mi A3's CPU is just as good as Xiaomi Redmi Note 5's CPU, both have 8 cpu cores and the same RAM memory amount. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi A3, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way better 1080 x 2160 resolution and more pixels per inch in the display.
Xiaomi Mi A3 has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and an external memory card slot that allows up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi A3 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 have really similar battery performance, although the Xiaomi Mi A3 also has 4030mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Xiaomi Mi A3 features a very superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 5, because it has a lot higher (4K) video resolution, a bigger aperture to take better low-light images and a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels.
