Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a little bit better than the Galaxy Alpha, having a global score of 80.3 against 76.3. Although it's the best we compare here, Xiaomi Redmi Note 7's body is thicker and incredibly heavier than the Galaxy Alpha. The Galaxy Alpha features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, although it has a way smaller screen, a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 720 and a bit lower screen pixels density.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 256 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity. Galaxy Alpha features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM and a lower number of cores , it also counts with a graphics processor.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 1860mAh. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has better 120 fps video frame rates, a larger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in poorly lited environments and a lot more MP back facing camera.
