Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 is a bit better than Galaxy Note 5, with a general score of 80.3 against 79.3. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 body is noticeably newer, but just a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker than the Galaxy Note 5. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has more cores.
The Galaxy Note 5 counts with a sharper display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels number per inch of display and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has much more storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 has a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 also has a way bigger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and videos, faster 120 fps video frame rate and a camera in the back with lot more MP.
