Comparison review
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, with an 85.5 score against 74.6. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is an older and just a little thicker device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, but Xiaomi was able to make it just a little bit lighter anyway. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a little better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also has more RAM memory.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2246px, a little worse pixels amount per inch of display and a little smaller screen. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 features a much better storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has 256 GB internal memory and an external memory slot that allows up to 256 GB.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 both feature quite similar batteries duration. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 also counts with a much more MP back facing camera, a bigger aperture to capture better photography in low-light environments and a way larger sensor providing a much better image quality.
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
