Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has a general score of 86.4, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's overall score of 76.6. These phones include the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding operating system features. Huawei P40's body is a bit thinner and lighter than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, even though both of them were released only a couple of months apart.
The Huawei P40 features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P40 also has a higher amount of RAM. Huawei P40 has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Huawei P40 also counts with a just a little better display density.
Huawei P40 has a little bit more storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory. The Huawei P40 has a better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a tinier aperture, it also counts with a back camera with a higher 50 megapixels resolution, a way higher (4K) video resolution and a much larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
