Galaxy S25 has a global score of 82.6, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 score. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android OS, but Galaxy S25 has the previous 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Galaxy S25 is a lighter and a lot thinner cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Y1.
Xiaomi Redmi Y1 counts with an extremely better CPU than Samsung Galaxy S25, although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Galaxy S25 has a much sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a way higher screen pixels density, a bit larger display and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2340.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 has a greater camera than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a much better 7680x4320 video definition, a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels and a bigger aperture to take better low light photos and videos. Samsung Galaxy S25 counts with a little bit better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage.
