The Xperia 10 II has a little sharper screen than ZTE Axon 11, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater pixel density and a little bit higher 1080 x 2520 resolution.

ZTE Axon 11 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the ZTE Axon 11 also has a larger camera aperture and a back facing camera with a much better 64 mega pixels resolution.
