Galaxy Xcover 2 has a score of 58.9, which is much better than the ZTE Quartz's global score of 51.3. Galaxy Xcover 2's design is lighter but much thicker than the ZTE Quartz. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy Xcover 2 has the older 4.1.2 version while ZTE Quartz has Android 4.3 version.

The Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 costs the same than the ZTE Quartz, which makes this phone an easy choice.
