BLU Advance 4.5 Review

BLU Advance 4.5 is a mid level cellphone, featuring a medium 4.5 inches multi touch screen, a fast Dual-Core processor running at 1 GHz, and 2 cameras, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front facing camera.

BLU decided to equip the BLU Advance 4.5 using a great performance 1 GHz Dual-Core CPU with 512 MB of RAM memory. This phone comes with a 4 GB internal storage memory, a fair amount that should be enough knowing that this cellphone also has an external memory card slot .

The BLU Advance 4.5 is just 0.37 inches thick, making its way into the thinnest phones podium. BLU appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 5.08 oz cellphone. BLU offers this cellphone in 2 different colors: black and white.

BLU equipped this cellphone with a very good 4.5-inches display, and a 854 x 480 resolution, making everything look beautiful. Its display uses TFT capacitive technology, and has multi-touch detection.

This phone is equipped with two cameras, a 5 MP back camera and a 0.3 MP front facing camera. This phone also films 1280x720 HD videos. This camera also features auto-focus and flash.

The BLU Advance 4.5 includes wi-fi connection (and it can provide it to other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ (4G) connection type, that is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and the fastest 3G connectivity, supported by HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone supports dual SIM cards so it's able to work with two different phone numbers and even different carriers in the same device.

The BLU Advance 4.5 packs a 1700 mAh medium sized removable battery providing this cellphone with a not very long battery life. This device has a reported stand by time of 200 hs and a talk time of 5 hours.

This cellphone also comes with some cool features as Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
