LG Optimus L5 is a mid level cellphone launched back in the year 2012, packing a 5 MP back facing camera, a powerful 800 megahertz processing unit and a 4" multi-touch screen. We will get a better understanding of this phone's pros when we get into deeper details.
LG decided to sell this phone with a great performance processor speeding at 800 MHz, packed into a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7225A chip and 512 MB RAM. Graphic calculations usually uses lots of CPU time, so this device also has an Adreno 200 (enhanced) GPU running at 200 MHz to help the processor with those tasks. This phone comes with a medium 2,5 GB internal storage, which is adequate for most users having that this cellphone also has a slot for external memory cards to store photographs and videos.
LG didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.3 oz phone. This device is just 0.39" thick, taking it to the thinnest phone's category.
This phone is only equipped with a 5 MP back side camera. This phone also captures VGA 640x480 videos at 30 frames per second. This phone also has some nice characteristics like auto-focus, flash and geo tagging.

The LG Optimus L5 counts with a 1540 mAh medium sized Li-Ion replaceable battery that provides the LG Optimus L5 a quite short battery duration comparing with other similar phones. LG informs a talk time of 10 hours and a stand by time of 900 hours for this device.
The LG Optimus L5 includes wifi capability (but it can't share it with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot) and 3G fast data connection, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This device uses a SIM card for GSM services.

This phone is not very convinient considering it is sold for $ 129, and some similar cellphones are being sold for much less than that.
