LG Connect 4G Review

LG Connect 4G is a quite good cellphone launched in January 2012, with a powerful Dual-Core processor speeding at 1.2 gigahertz, a medium sized 4 inches capacitive screen, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera.

LG decided to equip the LG Connect 4G using a good performance Dual-Core processor speeding at 1.2 gigahertz and 1 GB of RAM memory. This cellphone comes with a medium 2 GB internal memory, which is adequate for most users having that this phone also has an external memory slot to store pictures and videos and even some games and apps that allow being installed in the external memory.

LG appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 4.83 ounces phone. The LG Connect 4G is quite slim and looks really nice, although it's not close to being one of the thinnest phones in the market, with a thickness of 0.46 inches. This cellphone is for sale in black color.

This phone has two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front side camera. This phone also films videos up to 1280x720 (HD). The camera also has a couple of useful characteristics like flash, geo tagging and auto-focus.

The LG Connect 4G includes a nice 4" display with a 800 x 480 resolution, giving this cellphone a very good image quality. Its display uses LCD capacitive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.

This phone features a 1540 mAh mid capacity Li-Ion battery providing the LG Connect 4G with a quite short battery duration. LG informs a talk time of 4.5 hs and a stand by time of 250 hs for this device.

The LG Connect 4G provides wi-fi connectivity (but it can't share it with other devices acting as a wireless modem or router), 4G LTE high speed internet connection and 3G data connection, supported by EV-DO A technologies. This phone doesn't use a sim card, because it is not a GSM enabled cellphone and it works in CDMA networks.

This cellphone also features a couple of cool features as Bluetooth (3.0, EDR) and GPS Localization, and some sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.

LG is selling this device for 100 dollars, which is not cheap for this kind of device. This phone is a good choice no matter whether you want a gaming device or are looking for a social device.
