HTC Sensation XE Review

HTC Sensation XE is an interesting device launched back in the year 2011, equipped with a 1500 MHz Dual-Core processor, a 4.3 inches multi touch screen, and two cameras, an 8 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 MP front facing camera.

The HTC Sensation XE ships with a fast Dual-Core CPU speeding at 1500 MHz with 768 MB of RAM memory. This phone has a 4 GB internal storage, a passable amount that should be enough for the vast majority of users knowing that this device also has a slot for SD memory cards to store photos and videos and even some applications that allow being installed in the external memory.

Apparently HTC decided not to care so much about the weight in this 5.33 ounces device. This device is sold in two color options, black and white. Whereas this device is quite thin it's not even close to being one of the thinnest phones on sale, with a thickness of 0.44". Even though this phone is just 4.96" long and 2.57" wide, it manages to pack a 4.3 inches screen.

This cellphone has two cameras, an 8 megapixels back camera and a 0.3 MP front-facing camera. This cellphone can also shoot videos in Full HD 1920x1080 at 30 fps. This cellphone also counts with flash and auto-focus.

This cellphone has a nice 4.3-inches screen with a 960 x 540 resolution, which makes it hard to see the pixels forming the screen. This screen uses S-LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This phone counts with WiFi connectivity (and it can be provided to other devices around, acting as a wireless router or modem) and fast 3G data connection, using HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The HTC Sensation XE works with a SIM card for GSM connection.

This cellphone packs a medium 1730 mAh Li-Ion replaceable battery, which is not really enough for a phone like this. According to HTC, this cellphone has an aproximate 9.2 hs talk time and a 310 hours stand by time.

This phone also features a few useful characteristics such as Bluetooth (enables communication with other phones and accessories) and GPS, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

HTC offers the HTC Sensation XE for $ 175, which is a really high price for this kind of phone. This device is a great option for you no matter if you will use this cellphone for playing games or want a social device.
