LG Optimus G Review

LG Optimus G is an impressive Android phone launched many years ago, having a great Quad-Core processor speeding at 1.5 gigahertz, a 4.7 inches multi touch screen, and 2 cameras, a 13 MP back side camera and a 1.3 megapixels front facing camera.

LG sells the LG Optimus G with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 system chip, which holds a very powerful Quad-Core CPU clocking at 1.5 gigahertz and a huge 2 GB of RAM memory. To collaborate with graphic intensive tasks, it also uses an Adreno 320 GPU speeding at 400 MHz. An amazing feature of the LG Optimus G is its astonishing 32 GB internal memory and an SD memory slot, allowing you to store lots of applications, games, pictures and videos without even thinking about running out of space at all.

Being just 0.33 inches thick,the LG Optimus G is slim and practical. This cellphone is a compact device, given that it features a 4.7 inches display and it is just 5.19" long. LG appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 5.11 ounces device. LG made this cellphone in 2 different color options, black and white.

To complete the camera, it also features a high number of amazing features like flash, fast burst mode, auto-focus, smile detection shooting, face detection shooting and geo tagging.

This cellphone also includes some useful features as NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your cellphone close to another NFC device or tag), Bluetooth (provides communication with other bluetooth cellphones, computers and accessories) and GPS Localization, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This cellphone has a big capacity 2100 mAh Li-Polymer non-replaceable battery that can keep this device running for many hours, although you may need to charge it if you use it heavily. LG says this phone has a 335 hours stand by time and a 15 hours talk time. An issue to evaluate is that this cellphone's battery isn't removable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it starts to lose capacity, though having 2100 mAh you will probably replace this device before that becomes an issue.

This phone is being sold for $ 195, which is somewhat expensive for comparing with similar phones. If you are an amateur photographer, want a social device, are looking for a device for gaming or want a phone for work, you will definitely love this cellphone.
