Meizu MX3 Review

64 GB     See other variants reviews Score: 57.1 / 100

Meizu MX3 is a mid level phone released in 2013, coming with an extremely powerful Octa-Core processor (formed by a Quad-Core ticking at 1600 megahertz and an extra Quad-Core ticking at 1200 MHz), a pretty large 5.1" capacitive screen, and 2 cameras, an 8 megapixels back side camera and a 2 MP front side camera.

This cellphone feels much lighter than what you would expect from a phone of this size. The Meizu MX3 is slim, with a thickness of just 0.36". Though this device is only 5.47 inches long and 2.83 inches wide, it manages to pack a 5.1 inches display.

Meizu decided to equip this cellphone with an exceptional Octa-Core processing unit (it's actually a Quad-Core running at 1600 megahertz and an additional Quad-Core running at 1200 megahertz), packed into the Samsung Exynos 5 Octa 5410 system chip and a great 2 GB of RAM memory. An excellent feature of the Meizu MX3 is its 64 GB big internal memory and whereas it doesn't come with an SD memory card expansion slot, it is still enough to store lots of apps, games, songs, pictures and videos without having to worry about how much storage is left.

The Meizu MX3 features two cameras, an 8 MP back-facing camera and a 2 MP front side camera. It is also able to capture videos in Full HD 1920x1080 at 30 fps. This phone also counts with auto-focus and flash.

Meizu designed the Meizu MX3 with a spectacular 5.1-inches display, and a resolution of 1800 x 1080 , which makes all images and videos look perfect.

This cellphone counts with Wi-Fi connectivity (although it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a wireless modem or router) and the fastest 3G connection type, over HSPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Meizu MX3 uses a SIM card for GSM connection.

This device has an incredible 2400 mAh battery that provides this cellphone an amazing battery duration.

This device also features a wide variety of great features like NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your cellphone close to another NFC device or tag), Infrared Port, Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS Navigation, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This phone costs about 169 dollars, a high price for a device this level. This phone is definitely a good choice no matter if you are looking for a device to mostly use social networks and internet browsing or want a phone for gaming.
