Micromax Canvas Fire is a decent Android cellphone, having a very powerful Quad-Core processor ticking at 1300 megahertz, a medium 4.5" capacitive display, a 5 MP back side camera and a 0.3 MP front facing camera. Micromax decided to build this cellphone using a MediaTek MT6582M chip, packing an extremely powerful Quad-Core processing unit ticking at 1.3 GHz and only 1 GB RAM memory which is a little bit disappointing for a phone of this quality. Collaborating with graphic rendering, this phone also has an ARM Mali-400 MP2 graphic processing unit ticking at 416 megahertz.
The Micromax Canvas Fire is sold in two color options, black and white. This phone is only 0 inches long, but it still manages to hold a 4.5" screen.
This cellphone features two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front-facing camera. The camera also has auto-focus and flash.
Micromax equipped this cellphone with a good level 4.5" display, and a resolution of 854 x 480 , which makes all images and movies look very good. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.
This phone has a mid capacity 1900 mAh Li-Ion replaceable battery, which is not really enough for a consuming phone like this. Micromax reports a stand by time of 180 hs and a talk time of 6 hours for this phone.
This cellphone counts with wi-fi capability (although it can't be provided to other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and fast 3G connection type, using HSPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Micromax Canvas Fire has 2 Micro SIM cards so it is able to work with two different carriers or phone numbers.
