Yezz Andy Review

A5QP Dual SIM (A5QP)     See other variants reviews Score: 52.5 / 100

Yezz Andy is a decently made cellphone, which counts with a pretty large 5-inches multi touch capacitive screen, a very fast 1700 megahertz Octa-Core processor, and 2 cameras, a 13.1 MP back-facing camera and a 5 megapixels front camera.

This cellphone ships with a Mediatek MT6592 system chip, including an extremely powerful Octa-Core processor ticking at 1700 MHz with only 1 GB RAM which is a little low considering this phone's awesome processing power. Graphic intensive apps and games generally consume lots of processing power, so the Yezz Andy also also has an ARM Mali-450 MP4 graphics processing unit running at 700 MHz to help with that calculations.

The Yezz Andy is offerred in 3 colors, blue, red and white. Whereas the Yezz Andy just has 5.67" long, it is able to fit a a 5 inches display. This cellphone is just 0.27" thick, taking it to the thinnest device's category. Yezz has made a really good design job making this phone as lightweight as 4.34 oz.

This cellphone has two cameras, a 13.1 MP back facing camera and a 5 mega-pixels front-facing camera. It is capable of shooting 1920x1080 Full HD videos at 30 fps. This cellphone also features a large number of great features like flash, digital image stabilization, auto-focus, face detection shooting, HDR mode, smile detection shooting and geo tagging.

This device is equipped with a nice 5-inches screen with a 1280 x 720 (HD) resolution, providing this device with a good level graphic quality. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

This cellphone has a mid sized 1800 mAh Li-Polymer removable battery, which is not really enough for a phone like this. This phone has an estimated 480 hours stand by time and a 16 hours talk time.

This phone provides WiFi capability (and it can be shared with other devices around, acting as a wireless router), 4G (HSPA+) connectivity, which is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and 3G fast connectivity, over HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone has two SIM cards so it is able to use two different phone numbers and even different carriers in the same cellphone.

This cellphone also includes some interesting features as Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS Navigation, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This cellphone is very overpriced considering it is offerred for 155 dollars, and many similar cellphones cost a lot less than that.
