ZTE Grand S Review

ZTE Grand S is a bit outdated device released back in the year 2013, including a 1700 megahertz Quad-Core processor, a big 5" multi touch screen, and 2 cameras, a 13 megapixels back side camera and a 2 megapixels front side camera.

Though this device is only 5.59 inches long, it is able to fit a a 5" display. This cellphone has a beautiful design, with a thickness of just 0.27 inches. This cellphone is for sale in 2 different color options, black and gray.

ZTE decided to design this cellphone using an extremely powerful Quad-Core CPU running at 1700 megahertz, bundled in the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro APQ8064 chip and a large 2 GB of RAM memory. Graphic intensive apps and games generally uses a lot of CPU processing time, so it has an additional Adreno 320 GPU running at 400 MHz to help handle those graphic tasks. A nice point of this phone is the 16 GB quite big internal storage and an SD extension slot, which allows you to store hundreds of applications and games without worrying about space.

ZTE packed this phone with a great 5-inches display, and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (Full HD), which makes everything look completely perfect.

The ZTE Grand S is equipped with two cameras, a 13 MP back camera and a 2 megapixels front-facing camera. It is capable of filming Full HD 1920x1080 videos at 30 fps. In addition, this cellphone's camera also includes a couple of interesting features: flash, auto-focus, geo tagging and face detection shooting.

The ZTE Grand S has wi-fi capability (and it can be shared with other devices acting as a modem), LTE 4G high speed connectivity and 3G connectivity, over UMTS and EDGE technologies. The ZTE Grand S works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

This phone also includes a couple of interesting features such as NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your cellphone close to another NFC device or tag), Bluetooth (provides communication with other cellphones, computers and accessories) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This phone comes with a 1780 mAh medium capacity Li-Ion removable battery that provides this cellphone a below average battery durationcompared to other devices.

The ZTE Grand S is not a very good choice considering it is offerred for $ 249, and many similar cellphones are sold for much less than that. No matter if you want a cellphone to majorly use social networks or are looking for a phone to play games, this cellphone is definitely a good choice for you.
