The Apple iPad 2 has a general score of 62.1, which is much better than Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE's 55.7 overall score. Apple iPad 2 is an older and just a little heavier tablet than Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE, but Apple made it just a little bit thinner anyway. The Apple iPad 2 has iOS 7.x OS, and Amazon Kindle Fire HD 8.9 4G LTE works with Android 4.0 OS.
