Comparison review
The Apple iPad Air is a lot better than iPad 2, getting a 77.7 score against 60.4. Both of these devices come with iOS OS, but the Apple iPad Air has a newer 8.x version and iPad 2 has iOS 7.x version. The Apple iPad Air construction is much newer, thinner and way lighter than the iPad 2. Apple iPad Air counts with a quite better processing power than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor, the Apple iPad Air also has a faster 600 MHz graphics processor, a 64-bit processor and more RAM.
IPad Air counts with a much better looking screen than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have a same size display, the iPad Air also has a lot higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and a much better display pixels density. The iPad Air features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than iPad 2, because it has 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Apple iPad Air features a way better camera than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have a F2.4 aperture, the Apple iPad Air also has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a much better 5 megapixels resolution back facing camera. IPad Air has greater battery duration than iPad 2, because it has an 8820mAh battery size instead of 6944mAh.
Even being the best tablet of the ones in this comparison, the Apple iPad Air is also cheaper, which makes it a simple decision.
