IPad 2 is a little bit better than HTC Flyer, with a 62.1 score against 58.7. The iPad 2 has iOS 7.x OS, while HTC Flyer counts with Android 3.2 OS. Even though iPad 2 and HTC Flyer were only released 1 months apart, iPad 2's design is incredibly thinner but also noticeably heavier than HTC Flyer. The HTC Flyer counts with a bit better looking display than Apple iPad 2, because although it has a little bit worse 600 x 1024px resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display.
The Apple iPad 2 has slightly more memory for games and applications than HTC Flyer, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. The HTC Flyer's CPU is just as good as the processor in iPad 2, because although the HTC Flyer has a lower number of cores (although faster) and a slower graphics processor working at 245 megahertz, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory.
Apple iPad 2 has a much better battery performance than HTC Flyer, because it has a 6944mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh. The HTC Flyer counts with a superior camera than Apple iPad 2, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the HTC Flyer also has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.
Although iPad 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC Flyer. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy iPad 2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC Flyer, resigning a couple specifications.
