IPad Air 2 has an overall score of 77.1, which is much better than the Apple iPad 3's 69.5 global score. These devices come with iOS OS (operating system), but the iPad Air 2 has a more recent 8.x version and Apple iPad 3 has iOS 7.x version, so it gives some nice extra features and improved performance. IPad Air 2 is a extremely newer tablet, and it's also a lot lighter and noticeably thinner than the Apple iPad 3.
