Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a general score of 76.9, which is better than iPad 3's score of 67.7. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 works with Android 4.4 operating system, and iPad 3 works with iOS 7.x operating system. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 is heavier than iPad 3, it's somewhat thinner and also newer.
Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 features a bit better looking screen than iPad 3, because although it has a just a little worse display density, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a larger display. Apple iPad 3 has a slightly better storage to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 has a quite better hardware performance than iPad 3, because it has an extra graphics processing unit, a larger number of faster cores and 2 GB more RAM.
