The iPad mini 3 has a general score of 77.4, which is much better than iPad 4's general score of 66.9. Both of these tablets use iOS operating system, but iPad mini 3 has a more recent 8.x version while iPad 4 has iOS 7.x version, providing the user some additional features. The iPad mini 3 is a thinner and way lighter tablet than the iPad 4.
IPad mini 3 counts with a little more vivid screen than iPad 4, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 1536 x 2048px resolution, the iPad mini 3 also counts with a little bit better pixel quantity in each display inch. The iPad mini 3 has a bit superior CPU than iPad 4, and although they both have the same number of cores and 1 GB of RAM memory, the iPad mini 3 also has a 64-bit CPU and a much better graphics processing unit.
