Comparison review
IPad 3 has a score of 69.5, which is slightly better than Apple iPad 4's global score of 66.7. Both devices we are comparing have the same iOS 7.x operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that. The iPad 3 construction has the same thickness and weight than Apple iPad 4. IPad 4 has just a bit better display than Apple iPad 3. They have the same display density, the same 1536 x 2048px resolution and a same size screen.
Apple iPad 4 features a little better hardware performance than iPad 3, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor and the same RAM memory amount, the Apple iPad 4 also has an additional GPU. Apple iPad 3's storage to install applications and games is just as good as the iPad 4 one, both of them have exactly the same internal memory.
IPad 3 features a way better battery performance than Apple iPad 4. IPad 4 captures slightly better videos and photos than iPad 3. Both of them have a back camera with a 5 MP resolution, a F2.4 camera aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
