Comparison review
The iPad Air has a general score of 72.6, which is a little bit better than iPad 4's overall score of 66.7. IPad Air is a way lighter and somewhat thinner tablet than the iPad 4. Both tablets in our current comparison come with iOS operating system, but iPad Air has 8.x version while iPad 4 has iOS 7.x version.
IPad Air features a little faster processing unit than Apple iPad 4, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory and a Dual-Core processor, the iPad Air also has a better GPU and a 64-bit processor. Apple iPad Air has a bit sharper display than iPad 4. Both have a higher pixels amount in each screen inch, the same resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and a screen of the same size.
The iPad 4 features much more memory for applications and games than Apple iPad Air, because it has 32 GB internal memory capacity. The iPad Air features a very superior battery lifetime than Apple iPad 4. The iPad Air and Apple iPad 4 count with very similar cameras, both of them have a same size camera aperture, a back facing camera with a 5 mega-pixels, the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates.
IPad Air not only is the best tablets between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest one, which makes buying this tablet an easy decision.
