IPad Air is way better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, getting a 77.9 score against 58.7. The iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x OS, while Asus VivoTab Smart comes with Windows 8 OS. IPad Air's construction is thinner and lighter than the Asus VivoTab Smart. The iPad Air features a much more vibrant display than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 1536 x 2048 resolution and a lot more pixels per inch of display.
The iPad Air counts with a much bigger memory to install games and applications than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Apple iPad Air counts with a little bit better performance than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Apple iPad Air also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and a faster graphics processor working at 600 megahertz.
The iPad Air counts with a bit better camera than Asus VivoTab Smart, although it has a lot less MP resolution back-facing camera, a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and a lower 1920x1080 video resolution.
