Comparison review
IPad mini is much better than the Asus VivoTab Smart, with a 68.1 score against 58.7. IPad mini is a noticeably lighter and extremely thinner tablet than the Asus VivoTab Smart. IPad mini counts with iOS 8.x operating system, while Asus VivoTab Smart has Windows 8 operating system. The iPad mini has a slightly better screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a lot smaller display and a little bit worse resolution of 768 x 1024px, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Asus VivoTab Smart features a little better performance than iPad mini, and although they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has a faster graphics processing unit working at 533 MHz and a higher amount of RAM. Apple iPad mini takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Asus VivoTab Smart, although it has a camera in the back with a way lower resolution, a lower 1920x1080 video quality and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and video.
Asus VivoTab Smart counts with as much memory capacity for apps and games as iPad mini, both of them have the same 64 GB internal storage. The iPad mini features a superior battery performance than Asus VivoTab Smart.
