The iPad mini has an overall score of 68.1, which is way better than the Asus Transformer Pad 300's global score of 54.5. IPad mini works with iOS 8.x operating system, while Asus Transformer Pad 300 counts with Android 4.2.2 operating system. IPad mini is a a lot thinner and noticeably lighter tablet device than Asus Transformer Pad 300.
The iPad mini has a little more vivid screen than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 768 x 1024 pixels and a much smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit better pixels density. Asus Transformer Pad 300 counts with a bit faster processing unit than iPad mini, because it has a much better graphics processor working at 416 MHz, 2 more cores and 512 MB more RAM.
The iPad mini counts with a bit bigger memory to install games and applications than Asus Transformer Pad 300, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. IPad mini counts with a much better battery duration than Asus Transformer Pad 300. The Apple iPad mini counts with a much better camera than Asus Transformer Pad 300, although it has a lower 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, a much less megapixels camera and a tinier camera aperture which is worse for taking pictures and videos in low light situations.
Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, the Apple iPad mini is also by far the cheapest one, making it a great choice.
