Comparison review
IPad 2 has an overall score of 62.1, which is slightly better than Asus VivoTab's overall score of 57.5. IPad 2 is a just a little lighter tablet than Asus VivoTab, but they are 0.34inches thick. IPad 2 comes with iOS 7.x operating system, and Asus VivoTab counts with Windows 8 operating system. The Asus VivoTab counts with a bit more powerful processor than iPad 2, and although they both have a Dual-Core processing unit, the Asus VivoTab also has a greater amount of RAM and a much better 533 megahertz graphics co-processor.
Asus VivoTab counts with a little sharper screen than Apple iPad 2, because it has a bit higher resolution of 768 x 1366 pixels, a bit better count of pixels per screen inch and a bigger display. Apple iPad 2 and Asus VivoTab count with extremely similar memory capacity for games and applications, and although the Apple iPad 2 has no SD memory card expansion slot, they both have equal 64 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus VivoTab features just a bit better camera than Apple iPad 2, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution. The Apple iPad 2 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Asus VivoTab.
Although iPad 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Asus VivoTab, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus VivoTab. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Asus VivoTab, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
