Comparison review
The Apple iPad 2 has an overall score of 62.1, which is a bit better than the Asus VivoTab RT's 61 global score. Apple iPad 2's body is older, a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier than the Asus VivoTab RT. The Apple iPad 2 works with iOS 7.x operating system, while Asus VivoTab RT comes with Windows RT operating system.
The Asus VivoTab RT counts with a bit sharper screen than iPad 2, because it has a little bigger display, a little higher resolution of 768 x 1366px and a just a little higher pixels density. The Apple iPad 2's memory capacity for applications and games is just as good as Asus VivoTab RT's one, and although the Apple iPad 2 has no SD card slot, they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Asus VivoTab RT has a little faster CPU than iPad 2, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cores and more RAM. The Asus VivoTab RT counts with a much better camera than iPad 2, because it has a lot better 8 MP resolution back camera, a lot better (Full HD) video quality and a larger aperture.
Apple iPad 2 counts with a much longer battery life than Asus VivoTab RT.
Although iPad 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Asus VivoTab RT, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Asus VivoTab RT. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy iPad 2, else you can save some money and buy the Asus VivoTab RT, letting go a couple features and specs.
