Comparison review
The iPad 3 has a general score of 64.7, which is better than the Asus VivoTab Smart's general score of 58.7. The iPad 3 construction is heavier but just a little bit thinner than Asus VivoTab Smart. IPad 3 comes with iOS 7.x OS, and Asus VivoTab Smart works with Windows 8 OS. The Asus VivoTab Smart has a greater performance than iPad 3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus VivoTab Smart also has a graphics processing unit and 1 GB more RAM.
The Apple iPad 3 counts with a much better looking screen than Asus VivoTab Smart, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher display density and a lot better 1536 x 2048 resolution. The iPad 3 shoots clearer photos and videos than Asus VivoTab Smart, although it has a worse video quality, a back camera with lot less mega-pixels and a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for capturing images in low light environments.
The Asus VivoTab Smart counts with a very superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than iPad 3, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity. IPad 3 features a way better battery duration than Asus VivoTab Smart.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, Apple iPad 3 is also cheap compared to the Asus VivoTab Smart, making this tablet a simple decision.
