Comparison review
The iPad Air is way better than the BlackBerry PlayBook, with a score of 77.9 against 54.2. IPad Air has iOS 8.x operating system, and BlackBerry PlayBook has BlackBerry Tablet OS operating system. The iPad Air is a way newer and thinner tablet device than BlackBerry PlayBook, but it's somewhat heavier.
The Apple iPad Air counts with a better performing CPU than BlackBerry PlayBook, because although it has a slower graphics processing unit running at 600 MHz, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU and 1 GB of RAM, the Apple iPad Air also counts with a 64-bit CPU. IPad Air has an incredibly better screen than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has a much better amount of pixels per inch in the screen, a lot bigger display and a much higher resolution of 1536 x 2048.
The iPad Air captures much clearer photographs and videos than BlackBerry PlayBook. They have the same (Full HD) video quality, a same resolution camera in the back and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate. Apple iPad Air features a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than BlackBerry PlayBook, because it has 128 GB internal storage.
The iPad Air has a superior battery duration than BlackBerry PlayBook.
Apple iPad Air costs a lot more money than the BlackBerry PlayBook, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
