Comparison review
The Apple iPad 2 is just a bit better than Google Nexus 7, getting a 62.1 score against 59.3. The Apple iPad 2 counts with iOS 7.x OS, and Google Nexus 7 counts with Android 5.1 OS. Apple iPad 2 is an older and heavier portable tablet than the Google Nexus 7, but Apple managed to build it somewhat thinner anyway.
The Google Nexus 7 has a way better looking screen than iPad 2, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per inch of screen and a slightly higher resolution of 800 x 1280. Google Nexus 7 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than iPad 2, because it has a faster graphics processor running at 416 MHz, a greater amount of RAM and more CPU cores.
The iPad 2 takes much better pictures and videos than Google Nexus 7. Apple iPad 2 features a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Nexus 7, because it has 32 GB more internal memory. Apple iPad 2 counts with a superior battery life than Google Nexus 7, because it has a 61 percent larger battery size.
Although iPad 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Nexus 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Google Nexus 7. So if you want that extra features, you can buy iPad 2, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Google Nexus 7, resigning some specifications.
