The Apple iPad Air has a general score of 77.9, which is much better than Google Nexus 7's overall score of 59.3. The Apple iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x OS, and Google Nexus 7 comes with Android 5.1 OS. Even though the Apple iPad Air is extremely heavier than the Google Nexus 7, it's way thinner and also newer.
The iPad Air features a little bit better hardware performance than Google Nexus 7, because although it has an inferior number of cores , and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the iPad Air also counts with a 64 bits CPU and a faster graphics co-processor working at 600 MHz. IPad Air counts with a little more vivid display than Google Nexus 7, because it has a lot larger screen, a way better 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and a just a bit more pixels per screen inch.
Apple iPad Air has a way better camera than Google Nexus 7. The iPad Air features a superior memory to store more apps and games than Google Nexus 7, because it has 96 GB more internal storage. IPad Air features a much better battery duration than Google Nexus 7, because it has 8820mAh of battery capacity against 4325mAh.
The iPad Air is way more expensive than Google Nexus 7, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
