The iPad mini 3 is much better than HP TouchPad, getting a overall score of 77.4 against 39.2. The iPad mini 3 design is much newer, noticeably lighter and incredibly thinner than HP TouchPad. The iPad mini 3 counts with iOS 8.x OS, while HP TouchPad has webOS 3.0 OS.
