Comparison review

Apple iPad 2 is slightly better than HTC Flyer, having a 62.1 score against 58.7. Even though the Apple iPad 2 and the HTC Flyer were released only a couple of months apart, Apple iPad 2's design is incredibly heavier but also noticeably thinner. The Apple iPad 2 works with iOS 7.x OS, while HTC Flyer comes with Android 3.2 OS.

HTC Flyer counts with a bit sharper screen than iPad 2, because although it has a lot smaller display and a quite lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen. IPad 2's processor is very similar to HTC Flyer's CPU, because although the iPad 2 has 512 MB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with 1 more CPU cores and a better graphics processor.

HTC Flyer takes much clearer photos and videos than iPad 2, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the HTC Flyer also has a camera with a lot higher 5 MP resolution. IPad 2 has slightly more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC Flyer, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

IPad 2 counts with a much better battery lifetime than HTC Flyer, because it has a 6944mAh battery capacity.

Although iPad 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC Flyer. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the iPad 2, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC Flyer, letting go some features and specs.
