Apple iPad 3 has an overall score of 69.5, which is much better than the HTC Flyer's 58.7 general score. Apple iPad 3's construction is newer and thinner than the HTC Flyer's, although it is also way heavier. Apple iPad 3 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 operating system.
The HTC Flyer has a little bit better processing power than iPad 3, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the HTC Flyer also counts with a graphics processor. The Apple iPad 3 features a much better screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels, a much better pixel number per inch of screen and a lot bigger screen.

IPad 3 has a much longer battery life than HTC Flyer, because it has a 189% bigger battery capacity.
Apple iPad 3 takes much better videos and photos than HTC Flyer, and although they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Apple iPad 3 also has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution.
IPad 3 is a little more expensive than the HTC Flyer, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
