Comparison review
Apple iPad 2 is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, getting a 62.1 score against 58.6. Apple iPad 2 has iOS 7.x operating system, and Samsung Galaxy Tab works with Android 2.3.3 operating system. Even though Apple iPad 2 and Samsung Galaxy Tab were only released 6 months apart, Apple iPad 2's body is noticeably heavier but thinner.
The Apple iPad 2 has a bit better performance than Galaxy Tab, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Apple iPad 2 also has an extra graphics processor and 1 more cpu cores. The Galaxy Tab features a slightly better looking display than iPad 2, because although it has a really smaller display and a little lower 600 x 1024 resolution, it also counts with a better pixels density.
The iPad 2 features a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Tab, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage capacity. The Apple iPad 2 counts with a camera that is very similar to the Samsung Galaxy Tab one, because although the Apple iPad 2 has a much less mega pixels camera in the back, it also counts with a way higher 1280x720 video definition.
IPad 2 counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has 6944mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
Although iPad 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy Tab, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy iPad 2, else you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy Tab, resigning a couple features and specs.
