The iPad Air has an overall score of 77.9, which is much better than Toshiba Excite 13's global score of 55.4. The iPad Air comes with iOS 8.x operating system, and Toshiba Excite 13 works with Android 4.0 operating system. IPad Air is a newer portable tablet, and it's also thinner and incredibly lighter than the Toshiba Excite 13.

IPad Air features a more powerful processor than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has less and slower cores, and they both have the same RAM amount, the iPad Air also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bit processor. The iPad Air has a much better display than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a way higher 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and way more pixels per inch of display.

IPad Air has a very superior camera than Toshiba Excite 13. Both of them have the same video frame rate, a back camera with a 5 MP and the same 1920x1080 video quality. The iPad Air counts with a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
