IPad mini has a score of 68.1, which is a lot better than the Toshiba Excite 13's 55.4 global score. The iPad mini counts with iOS 8.x operating system, while Toshiba Excite 13 works with Android 4.0 operating system. The iPad mini design is thinner and way lighter than Toshiba Excite 13. The Toshiba Excite 13 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Apple iPad mini, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and more CPU cores.
IPad mini has a bit better looking display than Toshiba Excite 13, because although it has a much smaller screen and a lot lower 768 x 1024 pixels resolution, it also counts with a bit greater number of pixels in each inch of screen.
