The Apple iPad 2 is a little bit better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a 62.1 score against 57.6. The Apple iPad 2 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. Apple iPad 2 is better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, we must note that it is also older, much heavier and a bit thicker.

The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD shoots much clearer photos and videos than Apple iPad 2, because it has a larger aperture to capture better low-light photography and video, a way better (Full HD) video quality and a back facing camera with way more mega pixels.
