The iPad mini has an overall score of 68.1, which is much better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's score of 57.6. IPad mini is a just a bit thinner and a bit lighter portable tablet than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. IPad mini works with iOS 8.x OS, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a bit more powerful CPU than iPad mini, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 6 more cpu cores and 2,5 GB more RAM memory.
