HP SlateBook x2 is a low end Android tablet, packing a big size 10.1 inches capacitive display and a high speed Quad-Core processor speeding at 1800 MHz.
This device is a little thick compared to nowadays tablets, with its 0.8" thickness. The HP SlateBook x2 is offerred in 2 different color options, white and gray. HP didn't put much effort to reduce weight in this 49.38 ounces tablet, way heavier than other similar tablets.
HP decided to design this device using a very fast 1.8 gigahertz Quad-Core processing unit, packed into the Nvidia Tegra 4 system chip with a large 2 GB RAM memory. A nice point of this device is its quite large 16 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot, allowing you to install hundreds of applications and games without worrying about space.
HP packed the HP SlateBook x2 with a good looking 10.1-inches display, and a resolution of 1200 x 1920 , making everything look very nice. Its display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.
The HP SlateBook x2 counts with wifi capability (although it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a modem). This tablet doesn't use a SIM card, because it is not a GSM enabled tablet.
The HP SlateBook x2 has no cameras at all.
This tablet also comes with some cool features such as Bluetooth and GPS, and a couple sensors likeAccelerometer and Compass.
This tablet is very overvalued considering it is offerred for $ 249, while other similar portable tablets are sold for much less than that.
