Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 Review

Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 is a fair quality tablet device, which features a big 7" display, a 0 MHz Quad-Core processor, and 2 cameras, a 5 megapixels back-facing camera and a 1.2 MP front facing camera. But it's time to get into a bit more details.

Apparently Asus decided not to care so much about the weight in this 10.65 oz tablet. This tablet just has 7.75 inches long, but it's able to fit a a 7" display. This tablet is thin and looks really nice, but it's not close to being one of the thinnest tablets in the market, with a thickness of 0.43". Asus sells this tablet in multiple color options, black, pink, green and white.

Asus decided to power this tablet with a fast 0 megahertz Quad-Core processing unit and 1 GB of RAM memory. A good point of this tablet is its quite big 8 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards, enough to store a couple hundred apps without any trouble.

Asus packed the Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 with a good level 7" screen, and a resolution of 800 x 1280 , giving this portable tablet a good graphical experience. Its screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This device is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back side camera and a 1.2 MP front facing camera. The Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 can also film Full HD 1920x1080 videos. In addition, the camera has geo tagging and auto-focus.

This tablet has WiFi capability (but it can't provide it to other devices around, acting as a modem). This tablet doesn't have a SIM card, because it doesn't support GSM networks.

This tablet also features a couple interesting features as Bluetooth and GPS (Global Positioning System), and Accelerometer.

This device is not a very good choice considering it costs 99 dollars, while many similar tablets are a lot cheaper than that.
